Gutter cleaning has three methods Leaf Blower
( 1.00/ft.),
the pressure washer
(1.50 / ft.),
, and hand cleaning for
(2.00 / ft.)
When hand cleaning we dispose of the debris in a trash can or dumpster on site. If gutter debris needs to be removed from the premise a 250.00 disposal fee will be charged. To dispose of debris we must be notified before gutter cleaning has started. 40ft ladder work and major obstructions have a minimum of $0.50/ft upcharge
GC With Pressure washer Disclaimer
The leaf blowing method and pressure washing method will leave debris on and around the house. The leaf blower will leave less debris on the house than the pressure washer. The pressure washer allows us to check for clogged downspouts and damage. All walkways patio’s driveways and decks will be blown off. When cleaning gutters with the pressure washer we will lightly wash off the house from gutter debris. Some debris will remain on the facia board. This is made worse with standing water in the gutter or after precipitation.we will remove as much as possible from the facia board but more washes on to it every time cleaning is attempted without a heavy wash of the whole house bid separately Downspouts are bid separately starting at 100.00 / downspout. Discount on downspout cleaning may be applied if done with the gutter cleaning same day.
Pressure washing can brighten concrete, wood, metal, vynal siding and more.
Hpuse Pressure Washing. Gutter Cleaning and house washing are bid out seperatly.
Partial PW Jobs have a minimum of 100.00 and will be bid out HOURLY Starting at 60/hour This is to account for
last minute requests.

for a small ranch home our starting price of 200.00
a 2 story house with no detatched garrage, Walkout Basement, aditions and aproximatly 1000 square foot is 300.
2 story Walkouts or 3 story houses have a minimum of 500. These jobs require a large and heavy 40 foot ladder. it takes a lot of strength and experience to put this ladder up. with the extra weight, we are forced to move slower to avoid house damage. Therefor, we must charge accordingly.
Scheduling
All work is weather permitting. We strive to adjust our appointments for the weather as soon as possible. Unpredictable weather may cause jobs to be moved last minute to ensure the highest quality job. Appointments must be made online. If a customer can not schedule online a 50.00 service fee will be applied. We will reschedule appointments as needed for weather related events after the customer books online themself. If a customer would like to pick the date and time Rescheduling due to Rain there are Self service options available online after making an account. Or text us directlyPainting jobs require 4 days of good weather (first and last day are for the product to be sufficiently dry before painting and for paint to dry properly. )Staining, caulking, or small paint Jobs Require 3 days of good weather day 1 and 3 don't require labor. Both days are` just for dry time Although we strive to complete jobs as efficiently as possible, we will reschedule painting jobs as needed due to weather. To find a perfect gap in the weather to work that lines up with the customers schedule. It is not uncommon to wait to start a job for a few weeks to over a month. This is to ensure we complete our painting, carpentry, caulking jobs in the order they were received
Fees and discounts
For multiple services completed on the same day, a 10% scheduling discount will be applied upon customer request.
If a customer reschedules themselves, due to the weather a 10% Scheduling discount will be applied upon customer request.
We offer a 10$ discount for scheduling your YEARLY appointment online. ONLY APPLICABLE IF MADE BY THE COUSTUMER BEFORE THE RECIBT FOR THIS YEARS WORK IS SIGHNED, AND UPON REQUEST.
If payment can not be made upon completion of the job, a 50.00 service fee will be charged. (NOT Applicable when RESCHEDULING EXISTING JOBS) A 10% discount is applied when using online self-service rescheduling due to weather related issues. If payment is more than 30 days late , the late fee is increased to 100.00 dollars, and increases 50.00 every additional 30 days. A receipt will be mailed to the residence after payment has been received and processed.If payment processing is not successful, ex bounced check, check is made out improperly with an invalid date, amount, name ext. Or a stop order is placed on the check. A 100 dollar service fee will be added to the total. If a late fee was not previously charged, or if NOT rectified on the same day as job completion. a late fee will be added.
If a customer is unable to schedule their bid or job online. A 50 service fee will be charged to schedule the customer on their desired date and time. (We still require a name, phone number, email and service address.) The online process is identical and free. service charge will be applied upon arrival of the scheduled date
Service area is most of St. Louis county. Approximately 20 minutes from ellisville MO. any job more than 25 min. Away from ellisville will have a min. Service charge of 60.00 for BIDS AND JOBS.

Payment must be made upon completion of the job. Pressure washing before painting or staining is considered a completed job. Hourly services requiring multiple days of labor will be billed daily and will require a signature at the end of the scheduled shift. Material may be billed for and delivered before the date of work. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, and card. Cash and check are preferable as a 5% processing fee is charged when using credit/ debit cards.
