Deck restoration
Pressure washing is our most common method to prepare decks for resealing.
Concrete cleaning / Retaining walls
From small patios to commercial parking lots, concrete needs to be cleaned regularly to stay looking bright and clean.

If your gutters commonly get clogged, you have frequent overflows, or debris is visible from the ground. there are a few solutions we provide.
Easy Lock Gutter Guards
Easy Lock Gutter Guards installed by KHS Exterior Home Services LLC might be the option for you. These are most effective against maple trees, oak trees, sweet gums, and other large debris, unlike plastic screens or guards installed with screws. Easy Locks can be easily cleaned while still installed and can be removed to clear particularly dirty sections.
Gutter Cleaning
Preventative care through regular cleaning can stop clogged downspouts, heavy build-ups, and potential gutter damage. We offer three unique ways to clean your gutters all with their pros and cons.
Leaf Blower
Cleaning with the leaf blower is often the most cost-effective. Although this will leave debris in the lawn, it will often be cleaned up after the next time you mow the grass before it rains. After the gutters are cleaned, all the walkways, decks, and driveways are blown off.
Hand Cleaning
Hand cleaning provides the most immaculate clean-up. Often times this takes longer, but for people who have tidy and pristine lawns, this route is often times the most appealing.
Pressure Washing
This provides the most comprehensive cleaning. Pressure washing can provide the benefits of blowing out all the debris while checking downspouts for clogs. Furthermore, you can check for drips that indicate gutter damage. When paired with other pressure washing jobs up to 10% off the entire total will be applied.
Gutter Damage and Repairs
Gutter damage, repairs and reattachment is often a potential solution.

Preparations Almost any exterior painting job is a two-day job. Day one is prep work. some projects need to be sanded to ensure good adhesion. Other surfaces can be pressure washed to remove old and flaking paint dirt or debris. Each job is unique and will be discussed in the bid. during this first day, we will ask to see a picture or take one of the old products that were applied. We should take the time to give a detailed overview during our bids and prep day to make your home look as immaculate as possible. Tarps are not always required but are always used upon request.
Painting
Some jobs can be done with a roller, some go faster with just a brush. oftentimes it needs to be cut in with a brush to leave a clean paint line without drips. Tarps are a must on the second day. to prevent drips and splatters on your concrete, decking, shrubs, ext.
Weather Permitting
All jobs are affected by mother nature. All painting done outside must have certain prerequisites to complete. Day 2 can not take place on a rainy or humid day. It must be clean and dry after the job between 12-24 hours before completion. Heat can also be an important factor. Extreme temperatures above 95 degrees and below 40 could affect the paint's ability to spread, adhere, or be properly applied to last the test of time.
We take great pride in our restorative skills. We can provide light repairs and reseal existing decks.
